Grab a soft tape measure. If you don't have one, a string and a ruler works. Do this naked — obviously.

WAIST

Measure around your hips where you actually want the waistband to sit. Not your belly button, not your actual waist — your low hips, where jocks live. Relax, don't suck in. We want the real number.

RISE

This is the journey from front to back. Start at the center front where your waistband will sit (right above the base of your cock), pull the tape down under your balls, through your taint, and up the back to where the waistband hits again. COCK LENGTH
