SHIPPING POLICY
Processing & Delivery Times
We offer two types of products with different shipping timelines:
Print-on-Demand Items Most items in our store are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners. These items typically arrive within 4-8 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are automatically sent to our production partner and shipped directly to you with tracking information.
Handmade Items Our handmade collection includes premium leather and metal pieces (such as leather harnesses) and custom printed artwork/photographs. These items are crafted by hand in our West Hollywood, CA studio and require additional time:
- 4-5 business days for creation
- 3-6 business days for shipping
- Total: 7-11 business days
You'll know which items are handmade because they're clearly marked in their designated sections on our store.
Shipping Costs
- Print-on-Demand Items: Flat rate shipping of $4-7 depending on the item
- Handmade Items: Starting at $5-8+ based on weight and size
- FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $120
Shipping Locations
- Domestic (US): All items available
- International: Available with additional fees calculated at checkout
Tracking & Insurance
All orders include tracking information sent to your email. For printed artwork and photographs, shipping insurance is available at checkout through our carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS).
